OK truth time, I am a lifestyle coach, one that has not been able to have my transformation, I feel as though I am like most people out there that start a program and for whatever reason you are derailed with in 3 or 4 days! WHY IS THAT?  Then we beat ourselves up and eat all the wrong foods because we once again have let ourselves down. Listen, I don’t begin to understand why we do this but I do know that every Monday morning millions of women and men start a new diet UGH!!! So as a coach, why would I put this information out there? I am a great coach, I support women on their journey with great success, just not me! I am doing this because I can relate to the struggle. So, what am I going to do about this? I am once again going to start a new program on Monday, April 1st. What am I going to do to make sure I succeed this time?


MEAL PREP. . . . seems to be the buzz word lately but it really can make the difference between success and failure. Think about it, if you had all the food you needed for the week in your fridge and knowing exactly what you are going to eat for every meal. I know for me it would be a game changer. I know you’re asking why I haven’t done this! Well, I am a good cook but also an emotional cook. What that means is around 3 o’clock every day I have the same conversation with myself, what do I feel like for dinner?” Intentions are good but it ends up with too much cheese or those vegan batter covered bits that are sooo good along with too many condiments.


Again, I am sure you are asking why is this time different, well it’s not just about me but about my Son and Husband. As I mentioned earlier I am a good cook and it shows on every one of us. I am horrified that I have put my family in this position, I know I certainly didn’t make them eat the food but I gave them choices that were not in their best interest. So I am not only doing this new start for me but for the people I love most in the world.


I have all the tools available to me, Recipes, Food Lists and Containers OH MY. I know right! I have an in depth nutrition program that is foolproof, this system has been tested over and over again for the last 5 years and people have lost thousands of pounds and kept it off. In the past you had to do the workouts with the containers to get the results but this revised version allows people that maybe can’t workout or are too heavy to lose some weight before they tackle the exercise. This was a big win for me, I have to say Exercise is not on my top 10 of things I like to do, so I am starting with food.


Keep checking back in here as I work towards my goals for myself and my family. I have a goal to be happy with a picture of myself with my family for my Son’s grade 12 graduation at the end of June.
